BARBERS ARE OPEN!

More general relaxation in England. Start of relaxing measures in Scotland.
People were allowed to sit in their gardens or parks. They were allowed to drive more miles and go to the seaside.There were rules of course. Some people behaved and some didn’t.

But, more pressing:

People had grown their hair over five months, so you could see them very shaggy, rushing and queueing at hairdressers’ or barbers’.

Masks were essential. Teeth in your mouths were not, and nor seen in any case.
